This yoga class is not just yoga! It incorporates many different modalities from my background in dance, somatics, and my spiritual path. The best compliment I got from one of my students after my gentle yoga class was, "I feel like I just had a massage!" This class is about simplicity and ease. There is a lot of breath work, gentle stretching, passive stretching with tennis balls, moving with deep listening and understanding of the anatomy and posture.

Private yoga sessions are customized specifically for your body and what you need. Recommendations are made to help you feel better and achieve your goals.
Private ballet sessions are customized for you to help you improve your technique, alignment, and movement quality at whatever level you are at. Based on Mindy's extensive experience being a professional ballet dancer and experienced ballet teacher, focus is put on the areas you need to work on the most.
Footcare & Balance
As we age it is so important to take extra care of our feet so we feel stable when we walk, stand, and move around in our daily activities. The right footcare on a regular basis can help you feel more confident and secure as you move through your life as well as prevent various problems from occurring.
This workshop will give you a program to follow that will improve your balance, posture and strengthen your ankles, feet and toes. We will be doing various exercises and footcare that will support stability and balance.

We’ve been told stand up straight, put your shoulders back, chin up, etc… We put ourselves in fixed positions thinking we are correcting our posture but we are only creating more tension, stress, and incorrect habits. In this workshop, you will learn a 4-step method, and with repetition on a daily basis, you can change your posture without even knowing you’re doing it.
